"My time at Rainbow was exactly what I needed to get away from a busy life. It was the most memorable summer I have ever had thus far. I made some new friends, started some summer traditions, and got to have fun every day I was there. Every single person I met there made everything so much more enjoyable for me, regardless if they were big or small! The kids especially reminded me that it's sometimes good to appreciate the simpler things in life, and it was a good refresher for me away from school. I feel no need to volunteer at any other camp because for me, Rainbow is the place that feels most like home. Everything about it gives you the family-feeling, and every minute I was there, it felt like the summer I was always trying to create on my own. Whenever I think about Rainbow and all the amazing people I have encountered there, it gives me a sense of being united that I don't seem to find in any other camp. There's a comfortable and natural solidarity that emanates from everything that Rainbow is, and for me, this is what makes it so special, and different from all the rest. My first summer at Rainbow is a nostalgic memory and I can't wait to come back there for another unforgettable summer. "
