Rainbow's Wonderful Staff
Rainbow’s hiring committee uses a rigorous interview process to hire the best staff each summer. The staff brings Rainbow’s Mission Statement to work each day. All staff are currently First Aid Certified (Standard First Aid and CPR ‘C’), have a clear Criminal Reference Check, and are trained in the HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development. Add to that a love for children and a mature and responsible attitude to deliver our programs.

Rainbow's Board of Directors
Rainbow is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who works diligently all year round in preparation for each summer with the support of a year-round part-time Administrator. Members of the Board help to ensure the objectives and activities of Rainbow are in harmony with the mission. Through strategic planning, the board develops policies ensuring that all decisions are made in the best interest of Rainbow, its Mission, Goals, and Philosophies. Each and every one of Rainbows volunteer board members are a part of the Board because they believe Rainbow has the best camp programs in our community!
The Board meets six times a year with Committee meetings as required. Committees of the Board include Finance; Board Membership; Personnel; Fundraising; PR, Communication, and Marketing; Program and High Five
