One of our most beloved counsellors, Will Medeiros, tragically passed away at the end of January 2017. He was a huge part of Rainbow and at his funeral, our team vowed to keep his memory alive. He was an outstanding person and we all learned so much from him over the years. "What Would Will Do?" has become a bit of a compass for us - the answer to that question often helps us decide what to do.  You might notice WWWD? on the staff shirts, it is a little reminder to the counsellors to try just a little bit harder, sing just a little bit louder, and go just a little bit further, just like Will did every day, especially while at Rainbow.

Each summer we try to end our last week of the summer honouring Captain Rainbow and sharing the Rainbow spirit.
